We have a place for you to access all the information you need – your provider account. After you register with us you can:

  • Quickly verify patient benefits
  • View dental and/or orthodontic claims for the past 24 months for each insured family you’ve served
  • Sign up to receive an e-mail notification when your Explanation of Payments (EOPs) are ready to view online 
  • Receive payment amounts and check dates for processed claims
  • Get full access to our Resource Center

You’ll only need to register once to set up a User ID and password. To do so, you must have an Ameritas EOP Statement or claim explanation issued within the last 15 months.

Important notice regarding secure account access: We've updated our website security. Under the new guidelines, you're no longer required to update your password every 90 days. However, we'll only accept user IDs that are 20 characters or less in length and the only special characters that will be accepted are @, period, hyphen and underscore. If you currently have a user ID that doesn't meet the new criteria, you'll be automatically directed to select a new user ID the first time you sign into your account following June 9.

Providers can now choose to receive paperless Explanation of Payment statements. You can subscribe to this convenient service through your secure provider account.
